PixStone Images opens new office in Pune and bags ‘Top Exporter of the Year – Services’ award

Chennai-based VFX service provider PixStone Images, announced the grand opening of its new office in Pune.

The studio has received the Top Exporter of the Year – Services award at ET MSME Awards held in Delhi on 3 March. Presented by the Economic Times, it recognises the top Indian MSMEs involved in exporting goods and services in the services sectors. 

PixStone Images is adding studios closer to artist cluster locations to accommodate increasing global market demands and source talent from across the country. The new studio can accommodate over 50 artists.

“Our new studio gives us the opportunity to directly work with top-tier artists across Maharashtra and neighbouring regions,” said PixStone Images CEO Srinivasan S. “This is a monumental step in the growth of our organisation. The new studio will further enhance our presence in India and across the global VFX community and cement our place as a leading VFX vendor across India.”

PixStones Studios was founded in 2012 with its headquarter in Chennai. The studio is integrated with a state-of-the-art network; server infrastructure adapting best practices in security, accessibility and availability to give its artists a seamless work environment and to connect virtually to their production. They have worked for 1500+ movies and TV shows including Avatar: Way of the Water, Money Heist: Korea and 1899.
